Pastor, Dr. C.E. Proctor was chosen to preach the Gospel at the age of 13 and was ordained in 1987. He is the Founder and CEO of KingdomFest, which is a three-day event full of preaching, teaching and musical praise that will literally give you a total life changing experience. Over the course of his ministry, Pastor C.E. Proctor has traveled and preached throughout the United States in conferences and revivals. He has been on countless radio stations, hosted his own gospel television ministry called “It’s Your Destiny!” Pastor C.E. Proctor has also been associated with renowned ministers such as Pastor Jamal Bryant and gospel artists such as J. Moss, Myron Butler, Vickie Winans and The Williams Brothers. 

He started a gospel music production company in 1994 currently Falife Productions. While with the production company, he has produced and recorded his own gospel LP. His music was played in over 50 markets and 200 cities. He is set to release his sophomore project spring, 2015. In 2005, he received Honorable Mention and an interview for his musical ministry accomplishments in Gospel USA Magazine, Gospel Flava, Black Gospel.com and Urban Gospel. Pastor Dr. Proctor is married to Lady Carla Proctor, and together they have Six children and eight grandchildren’s. He attended Liberty University Willington’s School of the Bible and received a degree in Theology.
